CO2 Laser Cutting Machines
The Co2 laser cutting and engraving machines work with an optical system that reflects a laser beam on the material.
The laser beam is produced inside a glass tube that has gas inside it. It is reflected by means of three mirrors and is focused with a lens.
Laser cutting and engraving machines affect materials (laser cutting and / or engraving) by means of concentrated heat energy.
A Co2 laser pantograph can perform three types of work: laser cutting, laser engraving and laser marking.
The results are very precise, since the laser beam produced reaches the material with a thickness of 0.5 mm. and its re-positioning is 0.01 mm.
The design is done from any program of vectorial design or bitmap, being able to be used for example: Corel, Illustrator, Autocad, Solidworks, Rhino and others.
The variety of materials with which this technology works is very wide, being some of the materials MDF, plexiglass, acrylic, high impact, polifan, bilayer, foam, fabric, leather, plastic, paper, cardboard, plywood, metal, glass, marble, granite.
